What We Do
UK Visa & Immigration is the UK's Number 1 Immigration Consultancy
Getting your head around the different types of visas can be complicated. UK Visa & Immigration have a wealth of experience in immigration law so we can be sure to give you the best UK Immigration advice on the market. Your dedicated, experienced immigration consultant will advise and guide you through the whole UK Visa process, from start to finish.
We will ensure that there are no inconsistencies in your application so that it has the best possible chance of success.
In order to complete your Visa application efficiently your immigration matter will be dealt with in five distinct stages:
1. A detailed assessment of your personal circumstances
Each client is as unique as is the case which they bring to us, and therefore, we prepare a detailed analysis via a consultation with you. Your consultation will be with one of our regulated advisers, who are fully registered with the authorising body. During this initial consultation, your adviser will probe in depth into your facts and advise you accordingly on the best route possible for you.
2. Pre-application, where we will ensure that we receive the correct documents to strengthen your case
We fully advise you both verbally and in writing as to what documents the deliberating authority will be looking for in support of your application. Your fully qualified caseworker will give you advice tailor made to your visa requirements. We take great pride in the individuality of our work and so at this stage you will not only be requested to provide certain documents, we can advise as to the reasons why we need them.
3. The completion of your UK Visa application with legal representation
Once we have completed the application, we will then proceed to strengthen your case with supporting legal representations. We take time in so doing in order to make your case as 'watertight' and professional as possible. At UK Visa & Immigration we feel that once we take on an instruction we have a responsibility to ensure that our client has the best chances of success, and so we find that spending extra time in preparing often lengthy representations just may 'tip the balance' in the favour of our client.
4. Submission of your UK Visa application
Once all representations have been drafted by your regulated caseworker, your application will be checked by the immigration supervisor and then either sent to you to submit to the deliberating body, or alternatively we can take that pressure off you also and lodge the same ourselves.
5. Decision
Once lodged we closely monitor the progress of your application with the deliberating body in order to expedite the decision in your favour. We will of course, throughout all stages of the decision making process keep you informed, as we appreciate that this can be a stressful and traumatic time for applicants, and thus we have to ensure that our client is as comfortable as possible.
Speak to our specialist immigration advisors at UK Visa and Immigration for help, advice and action; our five stage process will enable you to avoid unnecessary expenses and ensure your UK Visa has the best possible chance of success!
