The information we DO NOT collect.

We do not require card information online; however in order for your visa application to be processed we will need to collect a payment from you over the telephone. For us to do this you will need to provide your card details over the telephone. We do not record nor store any financial information and we do not share any financial information with third parties.

The way we use information

The information you provide to us will help us to assess your work permit or visa application and to deal with particular enquiries. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary as required under the law, and except where this information is needed for a work permit or visa application as instructed by you.

Email addresses will be used to answer an email that you have already sent or to send newsletters if you have signed up for that particular service. We will not share your email address with outside parties, unless you have given us your specific consent to do so.
